My name is Dominique, but my students call me Ms. Randolph. Before I came on board at HGCS, I was a preschool teacher in a classroom with around 20 students. I graduated from Southwestern College with an Associate’s Degree in Child Development and transferred to Point Loma Nazarene University where I earned my Bachelors of Arts in Child Development.
After that, I received my TESOL certificate (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) because I had the intention of moving to Japan to teach children English. However, God had another plan for me, and it was to come here to HGCS. My passion is to help my students be the best version of themselves and to tap into their full potential. This is my first year being a part of Howard Gardner Community School, and I'm very excited to serve the kids and families of this community!
