Hello! My name is Ms Iza, and I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) One-on-One Aide with almost 11 school years of experience supporting children with diverse learning and developmental needs. I am passionate about creating a safe, positive, and inclusive environment where every student can thrive. I believe in building strong relationships with students, families, and staff through patience, compassion, and open communication.
