At HGCS participate in two state testings a year, the California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (CAASPP) for all students grade 3 – 8 and the English Language Proficiency Assessments for California (ELPAC ). Not all students will be taking the ELPAC test, it is for our students enrolled as English Language Learners
